About us

Le Plan Manager provides plan management and support coordination to NDIS participants.

Le Plan Manager effectively manages funding requirements, administration responsibilities, the planning and allocation of supports within allocated budgets with service providers, service monitoring and reporting, training and the delivery of supports required to meet the participants’ needs.

Our office is based at Bowral in the Southern Highlands, NSW, however our Plan Management and Support Coordination services are available Australia wide.
